On May 28, Lin Xiaodong, Director of the Municipal Cyberspace Affairs Office, Party Secretary and Director of the Municipal Bureau of Artificial Intelligence Development, led a delegation to the Zhuhai headquarters of Shadow Technology. Director Lin and his entourage first toured the company’s product exhibition hall to learn comprehensively about Shadow’s development history, core technical patents and full product lineup. From the technical principles of optical touch control and its complete product range to over 40 core patents the company owns, the exhibits and patent certificates together trace Shadow’s innovative journey from scratch.

Desktop AI Light Projection Robot
Built on self-developed intelligent touch interaction architecture, this device comes with native high-precision touch technology integrated with AI multimodal interaction. It supports full-screen direct manipulation and diverse interactive functions including point-and-read recognition, hand-drawing and content annotation, making it ideal for home learning, lightweight office use and other scenarios.
Touch Magic Box
Developed for existing display equipment, it integrates the Android system with proprietary intelligent touch interaction modules, enabling ordinary TVs and monitors to be quickly upgraded into touch-enabled interactive terminals.
After on-site trials, the research delegation commended the products for their technological innovation and practical value in real-life scenarios.
During the forum, Ms. Xia Jingmei gave a comprehensive briefing on Shadow’s technical layout and application research in artificial intelligence.
She noted that the company’s core development strategy centers on the integrated technology of optical touch control, AI and smart projection. At present, the enterprise has preliminarily embedded AI multimodal interaction into its product system and keeps exploring deeper AI application in touch interaction scenarios.
Both sides held in-depth discussions on the integrated development of touch interaction technology and artificial intelligence, as well as the industrialization of relevant technologies. Based on the development trends of the AI industry, the delegation offered guidance and suggestions on Shadow’s future technical upgrades and expanded application scenarios.
