On April 15, 2023, the 10th Asian Preschool Education Annual Conference and Early Childhood Care & Education Expo themed “New Era, Nurturing the Future” grandly opened at Qingdao Hongdao International Convention and Exhibition Center. Co-hosted by the China Association for Maternal and Child Health, the Career Development Center of the China Working Committee for the Care of the Next Generation, and the International Education Branch of the Chinese Society of Education, with Qijin Group as a co-organizer, the event gathered experts, industry leaders and educators from home and abroad. Participants discussed new tasks, missions and challenges for preschool education, striving to advance high-quality and sustainable industrial development.
Founded in 2019, Shadow Technology is an innovative national high-tech enterprise dedicated to the R&D and industrialization of optical touch interaction technology. The company has built an industry-university-research base in partnership with Hunan University of Technology. As one of the 18 key projects of “Sanxi Optics Valley”, it has settled in Xiangzhou District Optoelectronics Industry Demonstration Park. Our booth drew numerous preschool investors, kindergarten principals and industry practitioners for visits and consultations.
Shi Yanlai, Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Asian Preschool Education Annual Conference, Vice Chairman of the Preschool Education Committee of the China Private Education Association and Founder & CEO of Qijin Group, delivered a speech themed “Rooting and Growing”. She shared profound insights into education entrepreneurship, encouraging educators to embrace an open, value-oriented and long-term vision, forge ahead resiliently, and build a fairer, higher-quality and sustainable preschool education system. She quoted, “Our hearts are rooted in the soil of spring, and our education grows on the land of China.”
Zhang Li, Secretary-General of the National Education Advisory Committee and former Director of the Education Development Research Center of the Ministry of Education, and Zheng Qiang, Qiushi Distinguished Professor of Zhejiang University and Party Secretary of Taiyuan University of Technology, delivered wonderful speeches on “Fully Implementing the Spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress and Accelerating the Building of a Strong Country in Education” and “Scientific Upbringing for the Future” respectively, triggering profound reflection and resonance among all attendees.
The conference adopted a format combining a public welfare main forum, multiple sub-forums and an exhibition. Rich exchange activities were arranged, including a high-standard opening ceremony, expert sharing sessions, interactive seminars, roundtable discussions, brand enterprise workshops and live brand broadcasts. The concurrent 10th Asian Early Childhood Care & Education Expo showcased cutting-edge technologies, products and services covering the 0–6 preschool industry, serving as an efficient, high-end and targeted one-stop platform for experience, inspection and procurement.
After years of development and accumulation, Shadow Technology has formed a comprehensive industrial layout covering educational all-in-one touch projectors, educational application platforms, integrated teaching courseware and multimedia solutions for quality-oriented education including art, painting and sports. We aim to build a global brand for children’s smart education ecosystem. Partnered with Dadi Education at this expo, we presented a vision of future preschool education and demonstrated boundless possibilities brought by digital and technological transformation in early childhood education.
