Introduction: When fingertips gently touch light and shadow, the seeds of technology quietly begin to sprout. This summer, Shadow Tech joined hands with Zhuhai Zhengling Industrial Service Development Co., Ltd., Wanzi Street, Qianshan Street, and Gongbei Street to launch the “Technology Innovation, Setting Sail” summer research series. The first event, co-organized with Qianshan Street, has now successfully concluded! Over three immersive days, children from the community experienced the charm of touch interactive technology firsthand, sparking limitless imagination for the future.
A Day of Research, A Journey of Technological Wonders
Guided by our professional instructors, the children embarked on a carefully designed journey of technological exploration:
– First Encounter with Light and Shadow, Free Exploration
After a brief introduction, the children eagerly entered the free experience zone. Facing our various optical touch interactive projection devices, they became little explorers—drawing, tapping, playing collaborative games—intuitively experiencing the responsiveness and convenience of touch interaction.
– Tracing Origins, Empowering with Knowledge
The themed class “Adventure in Touch: Exploring the Infinite Possibilities of Interaction” began! Our technical instructor used vivid language and rich visual materials to explain the development and widespread applications of touch technology in daily life. The children listened attentively, asked questions enthusiastically, and seeds of scientific knowledge were quietly sown.
– Joyful Competition, Testing Teamwork
The “Pictionary” game using touch projection brought the atmosphere to a climax. Grouped into teams, the children unleashed their creativity on the large projection canvas, competing and cooperating amidst laughter and cheers—fully showcasing the interactive and fun nature of touch technology.
– Hands-On Assembly, Unveiling the Maker Spirit
Transforming into “little engineers,” the children followed blueprints and guidance to assemble prototype projectors. When the light projected from the devices they built with their own hands, the sense of achievement and initial understanding of optical principles lit up their faces.
– Capturing the Moment, Cherishing Memories
As the event drew to a close, everyone gathered in front of a tech-themed backdrop to capture the beautiful memory of this summer encounter with technology.
Leadership Support, Cultivating the Future Together
On the second day of the event, leaders including the President of the Xiangzhou District Association for Science and Technology visited the research site for inspection and guidance. They observed the activities, paid special attention to the interactive effects of touch projection technology and its application value in popular science education, and highly praised the equipment and professional content design provided by Shadow Tech. They fully affirmed the positive significance of this research activity.
The support from the Xiangzhou District Association for Science and Technology and Qianshan Street has strengthened our determination to continue deepening efforts in science education and serving community development.
With the successful conclusion of the first session, we are delighted to witness the seeds of technology quietly sprouting in the children’s hearts—from curiosity to experience, from listening to hands-on practice, they gained a more intuitive and profound understanding of touch interactive technology.
